I have been working with clients for over 10 years and have a long-term clientele. My main focus is on strength training and conditioning to improve overall health. I have a long history with sports and athletics, and have worked with clients with a wide range of abilities and experiences. I am here to help you reach all your health and fitness goals.

The goal of my personal training is to provide tools for my clients to achieve, maintain, and improve their quality of life and meet their individual goals. I guide my clients through strength training, functional movements, and sustainable eating habits with a holistic and intuitive approach. I am here to help prevent injuries and keep your body performing at an optimal level.

SERGIY PCHELNIKOV
Professionally Training Since 2001
I try to work with the most difficult cases: overweight people, people over 50, and those with various disabilities. I believe that everyone has their own unique challenges. Therefore, I design individual exercise routines for each of my clients. I try to adapt the way of doing every exercise up to the personal needs of each of my clients.
I have experience collaborating with nurses and therapists to accurately determine clients' needs while recovering from injuries. I also participated in the rehabilitation processes of patients up to the full recovery. As a former professional sportsman, Acrobatic Combined Men, I suffered injuries as well, and received treatment, but for further rehabilitation I selected proper exercises for myself. I strongly believe that each person needs to be given a unique personal program.
Working with clients in the gym I create strength training programs for their individual needs and goals which are designed for a wide range of ages and levels of fitness.

DARREN BELL

I am a well-rounded trainer with experience playing football, basketball, and track (high jump) on the college and pro levels. My dreams of playing pro basketball got cut short due to an injury. I have always loved working out, finding new ways to test my mind and body. My style is very much that of cross-training with a focus on practical movements and core strength. I can't wait to meet you and help you accomplish your fitness goals.

I am motivated to help my clients upgrade their movement quality in order to maximize performance, live pain-free, improve overall wellness, and increase longevity. My skills include one-on-one personal training, goal-setting, customizable exercise, and nutrition plans, strength and conditioning, endurance, and mobility training.​

ROMAN ARTIUKH
Personal Trainer @ VTone Fitness
I am a certified physical rehabilitation specialist with a higher education degree and over three years of experience working in a medical rehabilitation center. I help patients recover mobility, strength, and full limb function after surgeries and injuries.
After completing rehabilitation programs, I often continue working with clients as a personal fitness trainer, helping them regain lost physical condition or safely return to sports. My training approach focuses on functional movement, coordination, and bodyweight exercises. I regularly use TRX, balance platforms, and dynamic exercises with supportive equipment, tailoring each program to the individual goals and physical capabilities of the client.
