I try to work with the most difficult cases: overweight people, people over 50, and those with various disabilities. I believe that everyone has their unique problems, therefore, I work out individual exercises for each of my client. I try to adapt the way of doing every exercise up to the personal needs of each of my clients.
I have experience cooperating with nurses and therapists to accurately determine new clients' recovering from injuries. I also participated in the rehabilitation processes of patients up to the full recovery. As a former professional sportsman, Acrobatic Combined Men, I suffered injuries as well, received treatment, but for further rehabilitation I selected proper exercises for myself. I strongly believe that each person needs to be given a unique personal program.
Working with clients in the gym I create strength training programs for their individual needs and goals which are designed for a wide range of ages and levels of fitness.
